Multi-System Roof Replacement: Work included natural slate shingles, EPDM membrane systems, and flat seam metal roofing with copper flashing and accessories. Asbestos Compliance: A certified asbestos inspection confirmed no hazardous materials present in the existing roof systems prior to demolition. Historic Preservation: All roofing and masonry activities were executed in accordance with approved Historic Preservation Treatment Plans. On-Site Fabrication: Copper flashing was custom-fabricated on-site due to the structure-specific needs of the buildings.
